The village of Okhle is located about six trekking hours east from Gorkha. About one hundred families live there. The village, at present, has a few limited drinking water access places. From this new access point, the water will be carried in big pots to the houses. The village needs a three kilometre water line from the Damdare Khola waterfall to each house in Okhle. This water line will end in the Okhle area of Gairithock.

The water line will increase the quality of life of the inhabitants enormously. Additionally, the standard of hygiene will also rise due to the installation of showers.

In 2009 we asked Mr. Hem Bahadur Basnet (engineer for water lines) to create a concept including cost calculation for the water line. He confirmed the construction is possible and the price will be about 11.500 Euros. The village (HCCN social club) will support the construction in Okhle by 25 %.
